U.S. Ambassador: I think most Israelis don't want the U.S. not to interfere in Israel's affairs.
US Vice President Kamala Harris spoke Wednesday night at the Israeli embassy's Independence Day event in Washington about the legal revolution led by the Netanyahu government. She claimed that her country "will continue to work for the values that underlie relations between Israel and the United States, first and foremost strengthening democracy, an independent judiciary, and checks and balances."
Harris added that the Biden administration will continue to work to ensure that Israelis and Palestinians live in peace and security. "We think the best way to achieve that is through two states," she said.
