After his departure from Paris Saint Germain did not happen in the best possible way and even with whistles in his last game at the Parc des Princes, the novel about the future of Lionel Messi was shorter than expected and came to an end. In the absence of the official announcement, the Argentine's next club will be Inter Miami, a team that currently sits in the last position of the MLS Eastern Conference.
Despite its bad present, the Florida institution dreams of making a great semester with the Rosario and qualify for the playoffs. There is still time: there are still 18 dates until the end of the regular season. Find out the day and time of all the team's upcoming games at Inter Miami and those that Leo could play in the United States starting in July.

The MLS format

As in most American leagues, such as the NBA, NFL or MLB, Major League Soccer has a format divided into two parts. First, the regular season is played, and then the play-offs are put together to define the champion.
In the first instance there are a total of 29 teams, divided into Eastern Conference and Western Conference. Each club will play a total of 34 games and the top seven from each zone will advance to the quarterfinals, while the eighth and ninth will play an extra match for the last spot in the postseason.
In the playoffs, the crossovers are already determined: the 1st will clash with the 8th, the 2nd with the 7th, the 3rd with the 6th and the 4th with the 5th. The keys will be a direct elimination to a single match and in the stadium of the best placed in the first phase.
As in the NBA, the winners of each conference will be measured to determine who is the champion, based in the stadium of the team that has taken the most points during the regular season.
