The place. Marie Dijon, a child of the Chave-La Plaine district, is brimming with talent and ideas. In the kitchen, his duet with Eugénie Cenatiempo works thoroughly. To have the means to express themselves culinarily, with good products while remaining affordable, the two partners rethought the restaurant model and made radical choices: open kitchen, beautiful team in the kitchen but participative service.
The plate. Let yourself be carried away, you will be surprised. Even dishes with the most common titles are revisited and hand-sewn. The list of ingredients is mind-blowing, as for the hake with Louisiana sauce, cooked in orange breadcrumbs and smoked paprika or the fried chicken with sweet and sour dill sauce. The marinated and candied chicken is dipped in a donut batter in which we can enjoy a doughnut batter.
