The Front Labeling Law, says Senator Anabel Fernández Sagasti, warns "consumers" about the presence of critical nutrients in products.
With the permission of the senator and Senator Julio Cobos, co-signatory of the bill, this proposal is going so that, following the same guidelines, they develop a bill that warns about the excess in the political leadership of critical elements that threaten the health of republican life.
Example: excess ignorance of the reality in which those who look on the shelves, without being able to buy them, the products that have excesses of the nutrients that they lack.
Objective of this preliminary draft: To guarantee the right to a full republican and democratic life.
That people packaged in the roles of politics give truthful and understandable information to protect consumers from their promises.
Warn about the excesses of unfulfilled promises and saturated lies, inefficiency and waste of public money, history of corrupt or antidemocratic behavior.
Prevent the existence of bad governments and eliminate chronic feudalisms personalistic, family transmission or figureheads.
Obligated subjects: This law must comply with all the packaging of the people who manufacture, produce, elaborate, fractionate, distribute, import, put their brand or integrate the chain of proposals and approval of draft laws or government plans, whether national, provincial or municipal.
Stamps on the main face: The authors, adherents, proponents or disseminators of government projects, when they present them, must carry on the main face of their packaging (suits, t-shirts or any other case, packaging, wrapping that can hide their true nature) an indelible warning seal on themselves and on each article or critical point contained in the project they present and does not correspond to the values established by law, the National Constitution, or the ethics that must be observed by public servants.

If the text has been sweetened to promote the approval of the project, the packaging containing the persons referred to must have the following legend under the warning seals:
"USE SWEETENERS, NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CONFIDENT PEOPLE WHO HAVE NOT BEEN CHASTENED BY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES."
If it contains expressions of jingoistic, populist or any other content that produces effects similar to caffeine, the packaging containing the persons referred to must bear the following legend under the warning seals:
"USE PHRASES THAT CAN CONFUSE TRUSTING AND SENSITIVE PEOPLE."
Packaging of persons with more than one main face (the container or the person) must bear the warning stamp and the precautionary legend on each of its main faces.
Warning seals: The warning seal must comply with the following provisions: Black octagon shape with border and white letters in capital letters; size not less than five percent of the surface of the main face of the container; It must not be partially or totally covered by any other element.
Maximum values: The maximum values of respect for the laws, respect for the truth, respect for the rights of citizens, respect for the republic and democracy to which the projects presented must be submitted are within the limits established by the National Constitution.
