Berlin - Schlager star Helene Fischer (38) apparently fears for her eyesight. During a performance at the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Berlin as part of her current "Rausch" tour, the pop singer tried to read one of the fan posters on stage. However, it faltered, as the "Bunte" reports.
Helene Fischer: "My eyesight has deteriorated"
"My eyesight has deteriorated a bit lately. I don't see so well anymore, I have to admit that quite honestly," the musician said, according to the report. Fischer believes that this could be due, among other things, to her many appearances on stage, where she has to look directly into the spotlight again and again.
But she is afraid of a visit to the ophthalmologist: "I don't go to the ophthalmologist because I'm a bit afraid of what will come out. After all, I only need my eyes on stage. But if I couldn't see you anymore, that would be a real shame. By then, at the latest, I will go to the doctor." The audience reacted to Helene Fischer's humorous anecdote with a lot of laughter and applause.
