An authentic institution par excellence in Saint-Tropez, the hotel La Ponche once welcomed Françoise Sagan, Romy Schneider or Brigitte Bardot. Revived in 2021, the intimate establishment of twenty rooms has kept its townhouse soul thanks to the talent of Fabrizio Casiraghi. In this former fishermen's bar, the view is breathtaking on the famous small beach of Et Dieu... created the woman and on the great quay of the Pesquière. Purists love to have breakfast or dinner to the sound of the surf of the Mediterranean. On the menu, very local, signed by chef Thomas Danigo, we find rock fish soup, sea bream ceviche, rack of lamb with thyme, white asparagus and Var cheeses.
La Ponche, 5 rue des Remparts, 83990 Saint-Tropez. Tel.: 04.94.97.02.53. From 503 € per night.
A festive and summer address signed Paris Society. Romain Ricard
Don't imagine a revamped nightclub. Maison Revka is first and foremost a villa, a garden in the city and a table that starts dancing. Adjoining the Place des Lices, this newly inaugurated Paris Society address takes up residence on the Place du 15e Corps. A la carte? Linguine with poutargue or caviar, smoked salmon, but also signature dishes such as king crab salad or back of cod and green asparagus. From 18 p.m. to 2 a.m., you can also nibble on a caviar pizzetta at the outdoor bar.
Maison Revka, 17 place du 15e corps, 83990 Saint-Tropez. Tel.: 04.22.40.00.76.

The decoration of the establishment is signed Jordane Arrivetz. Florian Touzet
It is on the road to a popular beach, that of Les Salins, that we find La Tartane. A family home in nature between the village and the beaches: redecorated by Jordane Arrivetz, founder of the notorious agency, this secret hotel has kept its Provencal farmhouse look. Favorite for the décor of the 27 rooms and suites spread over 6 small houses: here, a travertine coffee table, refreshing floors in old tiles, a rattan headboard, a mottled lamp and a small desk where you can start writing again... Open onto the garden with swimming pool, the Saint-Amour restaurant takes on Asian accents as soon as the sun falls, with Cambodian chef Maître Koy. Just like at home (better)!
La Tartane, chemin des Salins, 83990 Saint-Tropez. Tel.: 04.94.97.21.23. From 551 € per night.
