Garmisch-Partenkirchen - On Tuesday morning (6 June), several shoplifters tried to smuggle unpaid goods from the DM drugstore in the GEP shopping centre in Garmisch-Partenkirchen in a stroller.
At around 11:30 a.m., the police station was informed by the DM staff about three foreign shoplifters, two 36- and 38-year-old women and a 14-year-old child, who wanted to bring cosmetic products and clothing past the checkout. The trio stood out because there were only several poorly camouflaged products from the drugstore worth around 40 euros in the stroller. During the search, the law enforcement officers who were called in found further stolen goods that could be assigned to various shops in the village. The three are now being investigated for shoplifting.
