The doors remain closed: Within a period of one week, there will be an IT changeover in the Allingen town hall. © Municipality of Alling
Alling – According to the municipality of Alling, the citizens' office, public order office and registry office will be closed from 15 June in the afternoon up to and including 21 June.
The reason for this is the need for IT changes. During this period, it is not possible to apply for identity cards, children's passports and passports. All online services (see alling.de under Town Hall & Municipal Council, there "Digital Town Hall") work and remain stored in the system. Applications submitted online are expected to be processed from Wednesday afternoon, June 21. Certificates of good conduct and excerpts from the Central Trade Register can also be applied for directly online at the Federal Central Register in Bonn. Registrations, deregistrations and re-registrations of the place of residence or business cannot be made during this period. In urgent cases, the administration asks for a message to info@alling.de. Mayor Stefan Joachimsthaler sees clear advantages with the changeover due to a shortened processing time in the future.
