Sunday mission von der Leyen, Meloni and Rutte in Tunisia

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen will be on a mission to Tunis on Sunday morning with Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte. In Tunis, a meeting is scheduled with President Kais Saied on migration and economic and energy cooperation. This was announced by the European Commission.

"There is a constructive dialogue with the Italian authorities" on the Tunisia dossier "and this is demonstrated by the fact that President von der Leyen will be with Giorgia Meloni" in the African country.
