Magdalena De Elordy was with her husband, Andrés Blaquier (62), the day a pair of criminals assaulted them while riding a motorcycle on the Panamericana and murdered the businessman. Eight months later, she is still seeking justice for her husband's crime. But now he has an additional concern: that they recapture Fabricio, one of the detainees, who escaped from the juvenile institute where he was housed.
"My children and I are very afraid, we go out on the street and we are condescending to each other. It's not the same thing that happened before," Magdalena said about the family situation after the escape of the 17-year-old who until Tuesday was in an institute in Lomas de Zamora.
"Everyone in the family is very sad and hurt. Very frustrated, a little hopeless. At the same time we feel the responsibility to bear our testimony so that they will hear us and know what has just happened. This doesn't have to happen. It is a great irresponsibility that this boy is on the loose today," said the woman, who on Thursday broke the silence in which she was sheltering, in the process of her mourning, after the murder of Blaquier.
When asked if the escape is like her husband being killed again, she replied: "Yes, yes. I feel like they're all killing us all again. The blow is hard, it will continue until it is found and then it will continue for other reasons."
Blaquier was an engineer in Agricultural Production. Motochorros killed him in cold blood to steal his motorcycle.

The prosecutor of the case, Paula Romeo, was the one who requested the immediate recapture. To this end, an intense police search operation was launched, with the participation of personnel from the Amba Norte II Superintendence.
The two teenagers arrested (the other is 16 years old) were prosecuted with preventive detention for the crimes of "aggravated robbery by the use of a firearm and for resulting in serious injuries in real competition with homicide criminis causae aggravated by the use of a firearm" to the detriment of De Elordy and Blaquier.

Magdalena also reviewed the afternoon of October 29 when Blaquier, director of the agricultural business of the Ledesma sugar company, was murdered. Both were traveling on the Panamericana aboard a black BMW 1200 motorcycle, in the direction of the province. At the height "of kilometer 49 or 50", as the woman said, they were walking at low speed and, suddenly, another motorcycle overtakes them on the left.
"We were going pretty slowly. We are put on the left. There they shoot us. We both fall," the woman said.
The man behind on the motorcycle fired several shots at Blaquier and the victim was shot in the chest, which later caused his death. After the attack, one of the criminals seized the businessman's motorcycle and escaped with his accomplice, but fell from the motorcycle and left it abandoned.

Although an 18-year-old girl and her boyfriend of the same age, nicknamed "Lucianito", were arrested a few hours later for the crime of the businessman, the investigators deepened the investigation, since they did not rule out other hypotheses, among which was a gang of assailants in which there were minors involved.
Finally, with the help of security cameras, they found the whereabouts of the two accused of the crime. It was "Lucianito" himself who, in a statement, pointed to who would have been the material author of the crime. A direct witness of the assault also helped, who saw one of the criminals rise from the ground with a bloodied eyebrow, nose and left parietal.
Through the cameras, they detected that 40 minutes after the fact, one of the two teenagers had gone to attend the Dupuy de Garín hospital.
Hours later, "Lucianito" and his partner were released and the two defendants, aged 16 and 17, were arrested.
