On Wednesday evening, June 7, a 17-year-old schoolgirl on her Vespa and a 24-year-old motorist collided at an intersection in Grünwald. The student had previously disregarded the right of way.
Grünwald - Already on Wednesday evening, June 7, there was an accident between a scooter rider and a motorist at an intersection in Grünwald. This was announced by the police only on Friday. Around 23:50 p.m., a 17-year-old schoolgirl from the southern district drove her Vespa on Ebertstraße in a northwesterly direction.
At the same time, according to police, a 24-year-old BMW driver from Munich drove on Herrenwiesstraße in a southeasterly direction. At the intersection with Ebertstraße, the Munich woman wanted to turn. The 17-year-old student realized this too late and collided with the BMW.
Schoolgirl slightly injured in accident
The student then fell and injured herself slightly. According to officials, she suffered several abrasions on her body, but did not need to be treated by the emergency services. The 24-year-old from Munich remained uninjured. The damage to the Vespa amounts to around 1500 euros. The damage to the BMW is estimated by the police at 5000 euros.
