The chef Arnaud Donckele and the pastry chef Maxime Frédéric already officiate together for the house at Cheval Blanc Paris and, individually, at Cheval Blanc Saint-Tropez for Donckele and LV Dream in Paris for Frédéric. A natural collaboration, therefore, which began only a month ago. "A good opportunity to take our friendship and our common values to my place of heart," explains the cook.
