In that line, the leader of the PRO warned that "the situation is more serious than discussing candidacies" and called on the opposition coalition "to work and put energy into a profound change and not into discussions and fights of politicians."
The statements of the head of government occur at a time of extreme tension with Mauricio Macri and his opponent within the PRO, Patricia Bullrich, because the presidential candidate and the former president resist the initiative to add Juan Schiaretti less than a week before the deadline for the presentation of electoral alliances.
