The state camp would have won 31 seats in the Knesset elections had they been held on Friday, according to a Maariv poll. This is three more seats than in the previous survey, and a record figure obtained for the last and only time last month, close to the lack of response to rocket fire from Gaza. The party's strength comes mainly from undecided voters who come down from the fence, and from those who did not vote at all in the previous elections.
The Likud, on the other hand, retains its power with 26 seats – just as in the previous poll – which widens the gap between it and the state camp to five seats. On the question of suitability for the government, Gantz also rose to the highest figure in the past month, with 45% of the public thinking he is the most suitable for the job. This is in contrast to Netanyahu, who remained stable at 38%.

The third largest party according to this survey is Yesh Atid, which receives 18 seats in the Knesset, similar to the previous two polls. It is followed by Shas with nine seats and Torah Judaism with seven – also the same as in the previous two weeks.
Yisrael Beiteinu still retains its power with six seats, as it did last week. Religious Zionism and Hadash-Ta'al, on the other hand, both drop in the mandate and win five. Ra'am also wins five seats, as it did last week, one more than Meretz and Otzma Yehudit – which win only four.

The parties in the current coalition, according to this survey, continue their downward trend, winning only 51 seats – one fewer than in the previous poll, two fewer than the one before it. On the other hand, the opposition parties can form a government with 69 seats, and 64 without Hadash-Ta'al. The Labor and Balad parties still do not pass the electoral threshold, with 2 percent and 1.8 percent of the vote they receive respectively.
The survey was conducted yesterday by Dr. Menachem Lazar, director of Panels Politics. 502 Israelis participated, and the maximum margin of error in this survey is 4.3%.
