"From March to June, this is the period when families are normally interested in houses to settle in September, details Nicolas Quantrec, the boss of the agency Nina Immobilier which has three offices, in Maisons-Alfort, Alfortville and Créteil (Val-de-Marne). Except that there nothing! In the first two municipalities, prices fell by 6% over one year and by 1.2% in the third, according to our partner Best Agents. Other municipalities see their prices increase over a year for houses, but very slowly, as noted by our partner Best agents, as in Villejuif with an increase of 1.3%, or Charenton-le-Pont, with 2.6%.
