Summary. On May 12, Lindsay, a 13-year-old schoolgirl, killed herself at the family home in Pas-de-Calais. Schooled at the Collège Bracke-Desrousseaux in Vendin-le-Vieil (Pas-de-Calais), the girl had been a victim of bullying since she entered the 4th grade.
A few months earlier, Lindsay had written a letter in which she denounced the harassment she was experiencing and already spoke of the desire to end her life. Aware of the situation, his mother and stepfather explain that they notified the college, the academy of Lille and the police several months before the tragedy.
