Pride Month events continue today (Friday) with a large party of tens of thousands of people in Ganei Yehoshua Park from 12:00 to 19:00.
Since morning, all roads leading to Ganei Yehoshua have been closed, and traffic jams are expected in the area. The event will be hosted by presenter Nadav Bornstein and actress Lioz Levy. Iggy Waxman, Jane Bordeaux, Maya Bouskyla, Miri Mesika, Nono, Noa Tishbi, Noar Shurim, Netta Barzilai, Ran Danker and more will appear on stage. The DJ stand will be played by Eliran Halevy and Yinon Yahel.
Vehicles will not be permitted to park on access routes other than in designated places. Entry to the party area with weapons of any kind will not be permitted, and it is forbidden to fly drones / aircraft of any kind.
From early morning, hundreds of police officers will be deployed around the compound. As of this morning, the following streets have been blocked to vehicular traffic: a descent from Highway 20 from south to north at the Rokach interchange, a descent from Highway 20 from south to north to Isaac Ramba St., a descent from the University to Yeruham St. and traffic will be diverted to Rokach West, Rokach Blvd. going up to the bridge from west to east. Rokach Blvd. to the east from Rokach / Namir Junction, Rokach Blvd. to the east from Rokach / Meshel Yeruham Junction, and Bnei Efraim St. to the south from Bnei Efraim / JNF Junction. It is also recommended to keep up to date with the blockages in navigation applications.
