One might think, when crossing the discreet door of the Clarence, to be the host of a private residence, a superb mansion of the nineteenth century that would have had the good taste to house a gastronomic table. That's kind of the case. Large staircase, period furniture, space, windows opening onto the trees and the sky... Style and look. H.R.H. Prince Robert of Luxembourg wanted to reproduce, at the bottom of the Champs-Élysées, "the atmosphere of Château Haut-Brion" - which he owns. Perfect success. The feedback of Parisian noises remains on the sidewalk, we are in Pessac or Saint-Émilion. Elsewhere, certainly. We must indulge here in a relaxation of the mind, an old-fashioned hedonism, but not dated, just in reverse of the current ways with sharing dishes, and timed services.
