On Thursday evening, a Wolfratshauser called the police: A snake was hiding behind the fireplace in his living room. The fire brigade caught the reptile.
Wolfratshausen - Whether this visit was welcome is rather unlikely. Excited, a Wolfratshauser called the police on Thursday around 20:30 p.m. and asked for help. A snake had entered the living room via the patio door of his apartment on Stobäusstraße, the man reported. She was now hiding behind the fireplace.

Since the officials could not reach the responsible reptile expert of the district in the evening, they asked the Wolfratshausen fire brigade for support. She caught the reptile and wanted to clarify with the expert which species it was. According to the description, it is probably a non-poisonous grass snake native to Europe.
