A man was fatally stabbed in Boissy-l'Aillerie this Friday, June 9 in the Val-d'Oise where a suspect was placed in custody, AFP learned from sources close to the investigation and the Pontoise prosecutor's office, confirming information from Le Parisien.
According to the daily Le Parisien, the victim is the manager of a fiber optic installation company, who died under the knife blows of one of its employees who had been laid off.

The facts took place shortly after 10:00 am in the industrial zone of the 4 Winds of Boissy-l'Aillerie, a small town in the north of the department, in the gendarmerie zone, told AFP a source close to the investigation. Wounded with a knife, the victim died on the spot, said a second source.
The investigation opened for "voluntary homicide" was entrusted to the Versailles research section, according to the Pontoise prosecutor's office. "Police custody has been ongoing since this morning and investigations are continuing," the source added.
