In their latest report, the authors date the start of the Ukrainian counteroffensive to Sunday, June 4. It is taking place on at least three axes, they say, without having yet committed all the forces at their disposal or decided where to focus the main effort. "We take the security of Ukrainian operations very seriously," Mason Clark added with gravity: ISW analysts are also read in Moscow.
