Dark case of pimping of city. A 16-year-old girl was allegedly abducted, kidnapped and forced into prostitution to pay off her ex-partner's debt. Two men were arrested during the night from Friday to Saturday in Champigny-sur-Marne (Val-de-Marne) before being placed in custody in the premises of the departmental judicial police service.
During the evening, Friday, a young woman who lives in Amiens (Somme) alerts the police after receiving a desperate message from a friend. The latter ensures that she has been sequestered for two days in an apartment in the Paris region. His phone is geolocated in Avenue Jean-Jacques-Rousseau in Champigny-sur-Marne. Around 2:10 a.m. this Saturday, the police officers of the anti-crime brigade went to the site and discovered that it was a pavilion divided into several apartments.
Two suspects arrested in the street
The officials set up a surveillance device and around 2:45 am saw two men going out into the street. They are immediately checked and questioned. Embarrassed, the two suspects claim that they live in this house with two young women. One of the first names corresponds to that of the teenager sought. The police arrested the duo and took them into custody. A team then invests the house, searches all the rooms before discovering the victim in a state of prostration.
In a second room, the police come to the rescue of a second girl, bedridden and semi-conscious. She has reportedly been in the apartment for a week and does not speak French. Firefighters took the two victims to the hospital in Créteil for treatment.
Quickly questioned, the teenager says that she was contacted, last Thursday on social networks, by the two men. They would have offered her to have a good time in Paris before picking her up in Amiens. Once she arrived in Champigny, she quickly became disillusioned. The duo tells her that her ex-boyfriend has stolen the sum of 9,000 euros.
Forced into prostitution with two clients
According to his first statements, his boyfriend was part of a clique of Marseille thugs who allegedly scammed the other members of the group: "As he does not answer, let go of one of them, someone must pay, either you or him". She says she was forced to practice paid sex with two clients on Thursday and Friday. During those forty-eight hours, she was not free to come and go. And his jailers tried to contact and locate their debtor by all means to do him a bad fate.
The investigation was entrusted to the departmental judicial police service of Val-de-Marne. The victims will be heard and their first statements will be verified. This Saturday, the hearings of the two suspects were still ongoing. The Créteil prosecutor's office has forty-eight hours before deciding on the follow-up to be given to this story.
