The 18th edition of Gusti di Frontiera was inaugurated, in the Parco del Municipio, which this year hosts the new Parco del Gusto: present the mayor Rodolfo Ziberna, the municipal councilor Arianna Bellan, the president of the Fvg Region Massimiliano Fedriga, the president of the Regional Council Mauro Bordin, the regional councilor for tourism Sergio Emidio Bini.
The new food and wine adventure around the world hosts this year 341 stands divided into 14 geographical villages, animate the great feast of taste.
Over 40 countries from 5 continents for an extraordinary world map of cuisines, but also great space for local excellence right at the Parco del Gusto where slow food will be present with its presidia and its activities, but also the Onav (National Organization of Wine Tasters), the EGTC, the Municipalities of Nova Gorica, San Peter and Vertojba (approaching Go!2025), the Ial, the Wine Tourism Movement.
A leading role will also be played by the products branded 'Io sono FVG', attesting to the sustainability of regional companies and the genuineness of agri-food products: the space is set up in the Town Hall Square.
