"Do you want roast chicken?" As Edith pulls the bag of meat out of the fridge, the smile of the pensioner in front of her speaks for her. The beneficiary opens her bag wide, delighted at the idea of brightening up her meals. "When they come to see us, we try to please our beneficiaries," says Édith Boyer, founder of the Roulèr association. Andrée is our oldest. She will leave, like other inhabitants of Persan (Val-d'Oise) every Thursday afternoon, with several bags of provisions.
