(ANSA) - ROME, SEP 21 - An Italian man has realised his dreamof getting a second university degree, at the age of 86.
Angelo Marino, a former town council secretary in Piedmont,Liguria, Umbria and Tuscany who ended his career assecretary-general of the province of Siena, on Thursdaydiscussed his thesis on 'My Country 1937-1950' before beingawarded a degree in letters.
He got his first degree, in criminal law, in 1962, with a thesison fraud.
Siena University said their latest and oldest graduate had shown"just a hint of emotion" while his family was "visibly moved".
