On the legislation relating to energy communities, "we are in the final phase of discussions with the European Commission as part of the assessment of the compatibility of the proposed measure with State aid rules". This was stated by the Minister of the Environment, Gilberto Pichetto, answering the question time in the Senate.
A meeting with the Commission's offices on 15 September in Brussels, adds the minister, "has made it possible to dispel any doubts about the full compatibility with the State aid rules of the planned measure and to prepare the appropriate revisions to the text that, once endorsed by Brussels, will allow to activate this important measure in the decarbonization path of our country".
