In Cologne, a jogger finds a man lifeless in a driveway. The man bleeds to death. Now there is a new development.
Cologne – With bleeding injuries, a 45-year-old jogger found a young man in a driveway in Cologne-Rhodenkirchen on Saturday morning (September 23). The 19-year-old from Cologne died on the spot despite resuscitation measures.
After the alleged homicide, a special police unit has now arrested a suspect. The 23-year-old man was overwhelmed in his apartment early Saturday evening in Cologne-Rondorf, prosecutors and police said. Investigations in the environment of the 19-year-old dead brought the officers on the trail of the suspect.

According to the information, the victim was found on Saturday morning at around 6.45 a.m. According to police, he had bleeding injuries in his upper body.
