Two motorists got away with the fright in a collision near Wendling. However, the damage is considerable at around 12,500 euros.
Irschenberg – The accident occurred on Friday at around 17.40 pm. According to the police's initial findings, a 20-year-old Bruckmühler was driving his BMW on the main road in the direction of Irschenberg and wanted to drive onto the motorway in the direction of Salzburg near Wendling. When turning left, he overlooked a 60-year-old Munich woman who was driving her Peugeot in the direction of Irschenberg.
A clash ensued. During the recording of the accident and the subsequent recovery of the vehicles, the B472 had to be closed on one side. The 20-year-old is now facing a fine.
