More than 50 "levers"
In his concluding speech, Emmanuel Macron is expected to list the 52 "levers" that the government wants to use to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 55% by 2030. On the budget side, an additional €10 billion has been released for the ecological transition, including €seven billion "disbursed" next year.

A first presentation to political party leaders
