(ANSA) - ROME, SEP 25 - Italy is now more credible and morelistened to at the international level, Premier Giorgia Melonisaid Monday a year after she won the general election to becomeItaly's first woman premier.
"On 25 September a year ago, a clear indication came from theItalians: a centre-right government led by Broter of Italy(FdI), said the FdI leader on social media.
"We did our utmost to achieve victory, aware that this would notbe a point of arrival but a starting point. One year on, I don'tfeel like drawing up any balance sheets, that is up to thecitizens. But I can say one thing: I had promised to deliver abetter Italy than I had received, and I can say that today ournation is more credible, stable, and listened to". (ANSA).
