Ali Shuaib, a correspondent for Al-Manar, the Hezbollah-affiliated media outlet, published footage of himself being near an IDF Merkava tank in the Har Dov area on the Lebanese border. UNIFIL forces are also seen waving a flag, but they do nothing. The IDF is carrying out engineering activity there, and according to security sources, Shuaib provoked a provocation and did not cross the border.

"This tank is standing on occupied lands of the Shebaa Farms, and I'm standing on liberated land. This tank will go and we will stay here. The people of this country will remain, and they will be expelled," the reporter is heard saying in the video, in which he wrote that he is "face to face with an Israeli tank."

About two months ago, Shuayev documented IDF Chief of Staff Herzi Halevy visiting the Lebanese border, together with Commander Uri Gordin and other senior IDF officers. In the footage he published, Halevy could be seen observing Lebanon along with many officers, including some with senior ranks, none of whom were wearing helmets, but most of them were wearing vests.

During Halevy's tour of the 91st Division on Tuesday, he was shown the activity of IDF forces on the border and the reinforcement of forces following the tension with Hezbollah. The chief of staff said that it is important to maintain the routine of the residents of the north, alongside the necessary preparedness and vigilance. Also participating in the tour were the commander of the Galilee Division, Brigadier General Shai Klepper, and the brigade commanders.
