The Hadash-Ta'al faction sent a letter today (Tuesday) to Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara. In the letter, the faction demands that an investigation be opened against MK Limor Sun Har Melech of the Otzma Yehudit party, for encouraging and supporting terrorism and incitement to violence against innocent Palestinians.
MK Sun Har Melech on Amiram Ben Uliel: "I don't support the murderer, I know Amiram is innocent"//According to 27A
The letter comes against the backdrop of Sun Har Melech's participation in the launch of a mass mobilization campaign for the "Justice Headquarters for Amiram," in which over a million shekels were raised for someone convicted of nationalist terrorism and the murder of the Dawabsheh family, Amiram Ben Uliel, who is serving three life sentences. During the conference, Har Melech claimed Ben Uliel's innocence and was quoted as saying that he was a holy, righteous man, and as someone who in prison "suffers for all the people of Israel."
In the letter, the Hadash-Ta'al faction details the severity of MK Sun Har Melech's actions: "The very existence of a mass fundraising campaign for a convicted terrorist with blood on his hands, to assist and support the terrorist's family and provide them with public backing, and to act to improve the conditions of his imprisonment is an anomaly akin to a frontal attack on the rule of law and for Jewish nationalist terrorism."

The Hadash-Ta'al faction also said: "We are not surprised by the dangerous words of Har Melech, who has already been documented teaching her infant son to murder Arabs, as well as her fellow party members who were seen dancing with guns, pistols, knives and glass, stabbing the picture of the child Dawabsheh and calling for the reconstruction of the burning of the family."
The Hadash-Ta'al faction concluded its letter as follows: "The Knesset member's outrageous remarks are reinforced given the general atmosphere of incitement to racism and violence in both the political and public arenas."
