The driver of a Porsche Cayenne crashes her SUV into a lamppost at a bus stop. The lantern tilts onto a house.
Frankfurt – A traffic accident occurred on Monday afternoon (September 25) at around 16:15 p.m. in Frankfurt's Ginnheim district. In Rödelheimer Straße, a Porsche Cayenne drove into a street lamp at a bus stop. The lantern bent over and smashed a window on the second floor of an apartment building. Shards of glass fell on the pavement.

Curious accident in Frankfurt: driver slightly injured – property damage still unclear
The driver of the SUV was slightly injured, other people remained uninjured, as the police confirmed at the request of this editorial. The fire brigade secured the lantern with a turntable ladder. Rödelheimer Straße was closed on one side due to the accident. The cause of the accident and the amount of property damage are still unclear.
