Highlights: Signs have been posted at entrances to Domaine de Saint-Cloud since September 11. They remind visitors to the site that they are obliged to keep their pets on a leash throughout the estate. The CMN is responsible for the maintenance of France's national monuments, including the national domain of Saint- cloud. The national domain is the largest national monument in France, with a population of more than one million people.

"You never leave your dog off-leash." This is the message that bars the signs placed near almost all the entrances of the national domain of Saint-Cloud since September 11.
