This is undoubtedly one of the criticisms that annoys the Macronists the most. Since 2017, Emmanuel Macron's ecological balance sheet has been considered very slim by opposition parties and associations fighting against global warming. To try to silence this little music, while Emmanuel Macron has promised that his second five-year term "will be ecological or will not be", his faithful insist on the exemplary nature of the France to implement the European Green Deal. An ambitious text whose objective is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the European Union by 55% by 2030 compared to the 1990s.
