The toll of the road accident that occurred shortly before midnight on the Cassino-Sora highway, in the Frusinate, near the junction for Fontechiari, is three victims. In the head-on collision, very violent, two cars were involved: on one was traveling a couple engaged, in the other a woman. All three died instantly.
The road is currently closed for surveys. According to initial information, the engaged couple was from Sora, the young man was a colleague of the 118 rescuers who intervened on the spot. At the moment the woman who was traveling alone in the other car involved has not yet been identified.
