Will the elected representatives of Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis) have to reimburse part of their allowances? The answer is theoretically yes. It was necessary to let the summer pass to know the plan of the municipality on this thorny file, decided by the justice in June. The administrative court annulled a deliberation of May 28, 2020 which set the amounts of compensation received by elected officials over a period from May 2020 to December 2021.
