Scharf was charged with non-consensual kicking of a 13-year-old girl in a Corona motel run by the Ministry of Social Affairs in Jaffa, as well as soliciting a minor to obtain a drug and use it in the Corona motel – after the indictment against him was aggravated by a decision by the State Prosecutor.
According to the indictment, he met the girl at the motel who had arrived there for quarantine a few days earlier. There was no prior acquaintance between the two. That same day, Scharf approached the minor on Instagram and suggested that she sit with him and others on the balcony. Later in the conversation, the minor suggested that the defendant go up to her room - but after seeing the defendant's age on TikTok, she wrote to him: "You are too big."
In response, the defendant replied that he was 20 years old and asked her her age. The minor replied that she was 14 years old and retracted her suggestion that he go up to her room. Later in the evening, Scharf approached the girl with repeated proposals of a sexual nature, and when she did not accede to his requests, he threatened to do the "Eilat 2 affair" to her.

Although a guide at the motel who noticed them together approached him and asked him not to approach her and instructed him to immediately stop talking to her in light of the significant age gap between them, Scharf went up to the girl's room and when she refused his request, slapped her hard.
In response, she confronted him, saying he would not dare do so again, after which he apologized for his actions. A few hours later, the minor sent the defendant a photo of herself on Instagram. The 21-year-old went up to the minor's room, and later, a guide who came to the room found the defendant hiding in the bathroom.
About six months ago, Scharf was convicted according to his confession to rape, but there were no agreements on punishment.
