The FNEC aims to provide sustainable, civil and participatory responses to global shocks and challenges in the era of artificial intelligence and major social transformations and is conceived as a stage of a process. "The social and economic system in which we live - explain the promoters - has gone beyond its limits and the civil economy indicates a possible way out that has a fundamental characteristic in itself: the solution cannot be lowered from above. Rather, it requires the commitment of everyone, especially young people who will be involved in over 50 workshop courses as well as protagonists of the first transformative hackathon on the civil economy, where students, associations and local authorities develop ideas and proposals with the aim of transforming the suburbs and areas considered 'marginal' in Italy".
