Fleury-Mérogis: the occupants of the family gardens ordered to leave the land reserved for the future college

Highlights: The Administrative Court of Versailles handed down its judgment on 20 September. The last occupants of the communal land that hosted the allotments, and on which a future college of 800 places is to be erected, are ordered to leave the premises by October 31. In other words, it is a green light for the construction of the future establishment, the first for Fleury-Mérogis, a municipality of more than 13,000 inhabitants. It is the result of a two-year tug-of-war between the town hall and the county council.

The last occupants of the communal land that hosted the allotments, and on which a future college of 800 places is to be erected, are ordered to leave the premises by October 31.
