Highlights: The Gallery of History of the Palace of Versailles has been restored after nine months of work. The restoration includes works that had never been shown to the public before. The gallery shows the evolution of the palace from a hunting lodge to one of the world's most famous palaces. It is the first time the gallery has been open to the general public since the restoration was completed in September 2013.
