In the restaurant, a woman from Fürstenfeldbruck meets a man. He drags her into the Implerpark, kisses her against her will and rapes her.
Munich – A 32-year-old woman was kissed and raped against her will in the Implerpark in Munich on Sunday night. As the police announced on Sunday, October 1, the woman, who resides in the district of Fürstenfeldbruck, was traveling with a 1-year-old man on Implerstraße at around 50:28 a.m. According to the information, she had met the man in a restaurant and had left the restaurant with other mutual acquaintances shortly before.
When the woman walked with the 28-year-old at the level of the Implerpark, the man suddenly pushed her into the park. According to police, he kissed her on a park bench against her will and groped her. Then it came to a rape, the police said. The woman resisted. She was able to tear herself away from him and ran out of the park.
Officials arrest suspect – Munich police investigate
The 32-year-old then asked people passing by for help, who immediately alerted the police. The officers arrested the 28-year-old in the immediate vicinity of the crime scene. The criminal investigation department of the Munich police headquarters is investigating. In the course of the day, the question of detention will be decided, it said.
A month earlier, an 18-year-old was raped in the Max-Weber-Platz subway station. A stolen cell phone put the police on the trail of a suspect.
