Reality TV star and entrepreneur Prince Karl-Heinz zu Sayn-Wittgenstein is on cloud nine. His girlfriend is just 28 years old – and keeps the self-made millionaire on his toes.

Mallorca – The "Goodbye Germany" star Prince Karl-Heinz zu Sayn-Wittgenstein (69) shows up in the current RTL2 series "VIPs only!" with his new lady of the heart. He now justifies the fact that they are separated by a huge age difference. He and the 28-year-old could still learn a lot from each other.

"Actually too young for me": Prince Karl-Heinz zu Sayn-Wittgenstein loves a 28-year-old

For a year now, the TV-tested prince has been living with his 28-year-old partner and they are "both trying to understand and accept the other." They met in a restaurant. "She was a nanny for a Swiss family for four years. We met by chance at the restaurant. I thought she looked good and invited her for a coffee."

In an interview with Bunte, the self-made millionaire admits: "The new woman at my side is 28 years young, actually too young for me, but if you wait twelve years, she's also 40." At the same time, he seems to see the newfound happiness of love positively in all its facets. For him, the age difference definitely brings advantages: "We learn a lot from each other. She's from the mobile phone generation, I don't," says the 69-year-old.

One thing is probably very different from his wife Andrea zu Sayn-Wittgenstein (63). Because the temperament of the young Brazilian and the constant jealousy are clearly noticeable: "She is the second Brazilian I have met within two years. Neither of them had placed much emphasis on age, but they were extremely jealous. The two Brazilians I know are volcanoes – you never know when they'll erupt."

Just one day in the "Celebrity Big Brother" container

Prince Heinz von Sayn-Wittgenstein is a German entrepreneur and reality TV star. He became known for his participation in "Goodbye Deutschland!" (2014). After that, the prince was seen in other formats, such as "Celebrity Big Brother" (2018) or "Battle of the Reality Stars" (2022). In particular, his legendary departure from the show on "Celebrity Big Brother" remained in the memory of many: Without cigarettes and without his fortune, Karl-Heinz Fürst von Sayn-Wittgenstein only lasted a day in the TV container.

Family reunification in the new reality format?

"And you can see that a little bit in the new show 'VIPs' on RTL2," says zu Sayn-Wittgenstein with a laugh. In the new show, the Mallorca emigrant can be seen not only with his new love but also with his wife Andrea, whom he left in 2018. "Andrea doesn't live far away from us, but they don't have any contact with each other. Only I maintain respectful contact with Andrea."

His daughter Anna (10) is said to have accepted the new love without any major problems. "I would say she reacted positively. Anna is a young but very well-behaved girl who accepts me completely," Bunte quotes the self-made millionaire. "She's ten years old and respects me and what I say." Whether a similarly smooth family reunion with his wife Andrea will follow, however, remains to be seen.
