"Building a new brick-and-mortar school would have taken us two to five years. Given the dilapidated state of the kindergarten, we did not have that time ahead of us. The mayor of Valenton Metin Yavuz (LR) has therefore chosen an innovative and still uncommon option to create his new Paul-Éluard kindergarten, which has just opened in September: modular structures. It took only eight months, for a lower cost and a bluffing result.
