The question that moves everyone every year: What will the weather be like in winter, especially around the holidays, this time? Will there be cold, frost and snow or mild temperatures? Is there permanent grey in the sky or a lot of sunshine? The centennial calendar makes a definite forecast.

After the 100-year calendar for autumn 2023 even predicts frost from 10 October and cold from 25 October, it is expected to be very changeable in winter.

Winter weather with snow and cold: this is what the centennial calendar says

For the winter of 2023, the centennial calendar predicts cold, inconstancy and dry rather than humid weather. The weather forecast is made by the calendar for a few days and, according to 100-jaehriger-kalender.com, looks like this for the winter months:

• November
• 1.-10. November starts with cold weather, in the afternoon it is nice and warm
• 11.-13. This is followed by cloudy, rainy and foggy days
• 14-30 In the morning there is frost, but in the afternoon it is often sunny
• December
• 1st-10th frost, cloudy weather with rain, cold and ice
• 11-18 snowfall sets in
• 19. It's raining
• 20-31 Cold and uncomfortable weather
• January
• 1.-31. Very dry and also cold
• February
• 1st-12th nice and airy
• 13th-18th Snow and Wind
• 19th-29th exceedingly cold
• March
• 1.- 7. Very cold
• 8.- 9. Rain and snow are falling
• 10-20 Cold weather again
• 21-31 In the morning it is still frosty cold, but the days are already warmer

So the calendar predicts very changeable weather. It is said to be unstable, quite cold and dry rather than damp. Officially, the astronomical winter begins on December 21 and ends on March 20. For the end of December, the 100-year calendar predicts cold and uncomfortable weather, which is expected to last until the end of the month. However, the question of a white Christmas remains open – it remains to be seen whether it will be cold enough to let snow fall.

January promises cold at the beginning and particularly gloomy weather in the last third. Between January 16 and 19, according to the forecast of the centennial calendar, even frost and abundant rainfall could occur, accompanied by rain and snow.

Summer fans will have to be patient in February, because according to the forecast, the month will be mainly characterized by rain, snow and cold. Only three beautiful days should await us. But towards the end of winter it gets friendlier again: In March, the first 20 days will be rough, but at the beginning of spring we can look forward to the first "summer comeback".
