The Hallberger Brettl is playing again: The audience can look forward to three cheerful one-act plays on the amateur stage. The premiere is on Saturday, October 14, in the community hall (Theresienstraße 6).
Hallbergmoos – The darned egg basket (author: Lorenz Strobl) opens the theatre autumn. That's when the old shopkeeper Bimslechner gets competition: the new shop across the street is much more modern than her own. And its young owner seems to win everyone over. This does not suit the pumice woman at all and she tries to maintain her customer base by flattery and also a few nasty words about the new grocer.
"The clever Simmerl"
"Der schlaue Simmerl" (by Michael Scheuer) is the name of the second play in the programme, in which Mirzl and Veri have to overcome a problem: they want to get married, but Mirzl's father puts money first and marrying poor Veri is out of the question. Only Simmerl can help the two marriage interns, if necessary, even with a ruse.
The "Best of"
The audience can look forward to a "best of" piece at "Essen fia Oane" (by Alfons Schweiggert). Already in 2008, Gabi Kopf and Sepp Fritsch shone in their roles as Baroness Sophie and Butler Johann. Now they say goodbye to the stage with the classic. So for the last time this year, the two of them say: "Like every year? Like every year!"
(By the way: Everything from the region is now also available in our regular Freising newsletter.)
As every year, Jens Arpert and his team from the "Zum Kramer" inn will also take over the culinary accompaniment of the performances. During the breaks, the Goldacher Buam play. In keeping with an old tradition, the Hallberger Brettl donates the net proceeds of the performances to a social institution in Hallbergmoos.
