It is just opposite the Philharmonie de Jean Nouvel, on a plot of 6,996 m2 wedged between the Paris ring road and the Marseillaise building in Pantin (Seine-Saint-Denis), that the Universal City will be built, from next summer. At the heart of this multifunctional facility, which will not be delivered before the second half of 2027, is a 3,000 m2 sports hall that its promoter, GA Smart Building, presents as "the largest building in France designed to accommodate all forms of disability".
