Patrice's friend, Charles - a participant in the show who did not have a letter to his liking - came to visit him to meet and advise him on his suitors - Justine and Véronique. In all honor, of course.

It was during a karaoke evening that the magic between Charles and Véronique worked. "But the same evening, I was not in it at all," said the farmer to Télé Loisirs. It was only the next day that Patrice confided in his preference for Justine and therefore dismissed Véronique. Jackpot for Charles! "I asked him if he didn't mind if I got closer to Veronica. He told me he was happy," he said.

"We talked to each other about our feelings"

"I liked her very much," Charles told our colleagues. And he didn't wait very long to show it to her. From lunch, the enamouré tried to prolong the romance by asking him for his phone number. More than receptive, Véronique was all the more charmed when the farmer passing through her friend's house offered to take her, aboard his motorhome, to the station.

Yet this one-on-one moment did not go as hoped. "It's borderline if she said goodbye to me because she was stressed to miss her train, said Charles before adding, on a much more positive note: We communicated for three weeks. We called each other every night and sent messages every day. We talked to each other about our feelings."

And the story does not stop at messages exchanged, the farmer went so far as to say "it was like love at first sight. We liked it directly, we knew it could work."
