The Kremlin said that earlier on Monday, Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke by phone with Iranian President Raisi, Syrian President Assad, Egyptian President el-Sisi and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.

According to the Kremlin, during the conversation with Netanyahu, President Putin expressed condolences to the families of the Israelis killed and stressed that he strongly opposes and condemns any action that harms civilians, including women and children.
