Attacks on a terrorist squad and launcher belonging to the Hezbollah terrorist organization / IDF Spokesperson
Lebanon reports that an Israeli Air Force drone attacked a vehicle in the Zahrani area, about 40 km north of the border. This is the deepest attack since the beginning of the current fighting against Hezbollah. So far, Israel's responses have been concentrated in villages in southern Lebanon, near the border. Reports in Lebanon did not say what the vehicle was carrying, because of which Israel bombed it.
Yesterday, three IDF soldiers were seriously wounded by an anti-tank missile fired at a military post in the Manara area. In addition, an IDF soldier was seriously wounded and another was moderately wounded by the fall of a hostile aircraft that entered Israeli territory from Lebanon. The soldiers were evacuated to Ziv and Rambam hospitals for medical treatment, their families were updated.

The escalation of fighting in the north over the past 24 hours comes ahead of a speech by Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah today, about a week after he threatened to expand the response against Israel in line with developments in Gaza.
